Completing the Forms
Forms are provided for download from this web site in two formats: Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. The Microsoft Word forms can be completed online for emailing, or printed and filled out by hand. They were produced in Microsoft Word 2000 but are suitable for use with Word 97 onwards. If you do not have Word installed, a free viewer is available for download from Microsoft. The Acrobat files were created in Acrobat 6 and require the free Acrobat reader, available for download from Adobe.
Completing the Word form online
Grey boxes are provided in which answers to the questions can be typed. Please do not press Carriage Return (Enter) in the grey boxes as this distorts the completed form; where multiple lines are required (i.e. Address information) one box per line is provided. You will also find checkboxes (which can be turned on or off with a mouse click) and multiple choice answers (clicking on the grey box will display available choices). When you have completed the form, save it in your usual storage area and email it as an attachment to insure@gtaviation.co.uk.
Completing the forms off-line
We do however prefer to receive proposals by email. If however you do not have Microsoft Word or have problems with the online form, both Word and Acrobat forms can be printed and filled in by hand to be posted or faxed to us. |
